Alltrack 2019 32 000km with Panoramic roof - is the issue solved for this year model?

Hi, I am considering buying a 2019 Golf Alltrack with 32 000 km on it. The purchase date was May 2019. Its a canadian car. The car is perfect and manual too! I really want it.
I do not see any signs of water infiltration around the parnoramic roof and the actual owner reports no issue with the roof.
Does the issue with the leaky roof was solved for 2019 models? Can someone could guess a percentage of Alltrack owners that experienced the issue with the roof?
For sure people reach out to internet to report problems and not to report their satisfaction in a product? I just want to make sure I do no make a big mistake by buying this 2019 Alltrack.

it wasn't solved when it came out but recently there was a recall issued to fix that so check if the car has had that service performed
