- 2019 Alltrack SEL
I'm creating this thread from spending a lot of time online and in YouTube researching how to code the rear hatch to pop open.
I've culled most of this from separate posts and details in videos.
After several videos and lengthly posts. Nothing was matching or working with my Vehicle / OBDeleven™Pro / OBDeleven - Car diagnostics ver. 1.5.2 app
Below is what I found success specifically with my 2019 VW Alltrack SEL w/ECS Hatch Pop Kit installed
Car ignition on
Engine OFF
OBDEleven Connected
➡ Coding procedure
2019 VW Golf Alltrack SEL
Central Electrics (Module 09) → Security Access → Code: 31347
Central Electrics (Module 09) → Adaptation → ZV Heck → Direkter Auswurf des Heckdeckels → active
➡ Trunk pop open process
Your car must be off.
Can Locked or Unlocked
Press and hold the "Hatch" open button on your remote for 2-3 seconds.
If you hear the lock "click" you are good to go. Watch your face/head.
The ECS shocks w/springs take a little more effort to close.
Be sure to check that hatch is closed all the way.
Sorry if this information exists in the Mk7 Golf Alltrack forum already.
