New to the forum from Tacoma,WA Need help pictures attached.

Hello all! We are new tot the forum and will be posting later on our issue with our 2018 VW Alltrack SEL. We love our vehicle, it only has under 17,000 miles on it since buying it new. We have gone to the Redwoods as well as Glacier National Park and enjoyed how comfortable the ride was.

My wife and I will be sharing our experience with the issue we are having later today with the dealership not allowing warranty work as accusing us of being in an accident. (pictures will accompany post) Any help then would be greatly appreciated!

Attached above is three pictures of the issue we are having. We contacted VW customer care and they say that they are not going to authorize the work to be done because VW of Tacoma said it was our fault.

Any help appreciated!

It would be helpful if you describe the "issue" I can't tell by pictures alone. The only thing I notice from pictures are the headlight lens look all pitted
up or cr crazed...is that the issue? If that's the issue which I think you're talking about, that looks like pitting from sand or whatever maybe driving too close
behind traffic during winter when roads have been "sanded" I also noted your hood is either dirty or pitted too. This would not be a warranty issue.
When I got my Alltrack within a month I purchased Lamin-x headlight covers to protect from such damage...I suggest if you get your issue fixed put some cheap protection on them.
