Audi VW Coilover Kit - Bilstein B16 48-251570

Hi,
I've been wanted to install a coilover kit on my 2019 Alltrack but am curious about the contents of the B14: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/vw-pss10-coilover-kit-bilstein-b16-48-251570
Basically I'm confused why there's not top hat or bearing with the kit. Do people buy OEM replacement parts or do you upgrade? If so, what parts are you buying to put it all together?
Lastly, what is the silver can shaped piece with black discs on the bottom and top? Thanks in advance!

There may be some firmer tophats for the top opf the front strut.

The "cans" are the rear adjustments. Think raising and lowering the rear spring.
