Headliner repair

I recently hauled items to the dump in my alltrack and punctured the headliner in the rear of the car. I'd like to patch and area and looking for where one can purchase patches or material that matches the current off-white - or beige - headliner material in my 2017 alltrack s trim level. has anyone had any luck with this or know where to get this? I've done a fair amount of searching and cant be certain on a good color match from what I found.
