2016 issues

[80s crack]

I have a 2016 S3. Recently replaced coils and plugs and often my car will crank but not start. For cold starts it seems to start fine but if I drive for a little, turn it off and go to turn it back on it will crank and crank but not turn over. Eventually I’ll have to hit the gas pedal while cranking for it to start. It will also rough idle at times giving me a CEL and EPC light. Plugged in the OBD and I have codes for multiple cylinder misfires, system too rich at idle. The car has a custom exhaust on it. No tunes. Before I go down a rabbit hole of wasting money, does anyone have an idea what it could be? O2 sensor or MAF possibly? Help

Why did you replace coils to make the car to not start? Put back the original!

It was doing it before I replaced the coils and plugs, changing them made no difference. They are OEM coils and plugs btw
